Measurement:
Test 1:
Press the reset button on the front of the appliance, while the boiler runs its start up sequence measure the dc voltage between pin 7 (blue) on connector X2 and the earth point on the boiler chassis.
Expect the voltage to fluctuate between 0 and 22 vdc and then settle at 22 vdc after approximately 5 seconds.
Test 2:
Press the reset button on the front of the appliance, while the boiler runs its start up sequence measure the dc voltage between pin 17 (brown) on connector X2 and the earth point on the boiler chassis.
Expect the voltage to fluctuate between 0 and 22 vdc and then settle at 22 vdc after approximately 5 seconds.
Press the reset button on the front of the appliance, while the boiler runs its start up sequence measure the dc voltage between pin 7 (blue) on connector X2 and the earth point on the boiler chassis.
Expect the voltage to fluctuate between 0 and 22 vdc and then settle at 22 vdc after approximately 5 seconds.

and refit as necessary
