Adjust, Service, Repair or Replace as necessary
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate

Feedback from the field has indicated that if the gas valve harness fails it can damage the main PCB and although the display illuminates with connectors removed from the PCB the appliance will not function correctly with just a harness replacement. It is advisable to replace both parts simultaneously.
Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
