Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Gain access to PCB

Observation:

Is there a Vaillant condensate pump connected to the PCB at X100 blue connector?
Note
If no external connection to X100 (blue), a wire link is normally present.
