Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Hot Water Tap On with a flow rate of 3 l/min
Hot Water Tap On with a flow rate of 3 l/min

Measurement:
Measure the DC voltage between pin 6 (green) on
connector X2 and the earth point on the boiler chassis.
Expect approximately 2.5 Vdc.
Note:
Each pin on the PCB connector is numbered.
