Measurement:
Test 1:
Press the reset button on the front of the appliance, while the boiler runs its start-up sequence measure the dc voltage between pin 7 (blue) on connector X2 and the earth point on the boiler chassis.
Expect the voltage to fluctuate between 0 and 22 vdc and then settle at 22 vdc after approximately 5 seconds.
Test 2:
Press the reset button on the front of the appliance, while the boiler runs its start-up sequence measure the dc voltage between pin 17 (brown) on connector X2 and the earth point on the boiler chassis.
Expect the voltage to fluctuate between 0 and 22 vdc and then settle at 22 vdc after approximately 5 seconds.
Press the reset button on the front of the appliance, while the boiler runs its start-up sequence measure the dc voltage between pin 7 (blue) on connector X2 and the earth point on the boiler chassis.
Expect the voltage to fluctuate between 0 and 22 vdc and then settle at 22 vdc after approximately 5 seconds.

and refit as necessary
