Measurement:
Once appliance has completed its ignition sequence the boiler should run on low rate for approximately 45 seconds before ramping up.
Allow boiler to run CH up to temperature.
Does the fan speed reduce as the boiler temperature meets demand?
Notes:
If it is not possible to hear the fan speed reduce (e.g. in a noisy environment) the fan speed can be checked by viewing d.34 on the boiler display.

If boiler is already near temperature it will not ramp up.
