Set Appliance State:

CH Demand
ON/OFF Switch in ON position
CH Temp Selector in Maximum position
DHW Temp Selector in Minimum position
Mode Selector Switch in Heat and Hot water position
Attach U-gauge to burner pressure test point
Gas ON
CH Temp Selector in Maximum position
DHW Temp Selector in Minimum position
Mode Selector Switch in Heat and Hot water position
Attach U-gauge to burner pressure test point
Gas ON

Observation:
If required reset boiler, turn CH / DHW control to reset position.
Allow Fan to run and ignition sequence to commence.
Does the Burner ignite and sparking cease with a Burner pressure of at least 2 mb?
Note:
1. When pressure gauge is removed the pressure test point should be tightened and checked for gas tightness.
2. The boiler incorporates an anti-cycling control for CH of 5 minutes, to override this turn the On/Off control to the Off (0) position then back to On (1) position after a few seconds.
