Observation:
Allow boiler to ignite under heating demand.
Remove heating demand and allow burner to shut down.
Re-instate heating demand.
Is there a delay of approximately 5 minutes before the boiler re-ignites?

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
