Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to AC Voltage 
CH Demand
Use Insulation Mat as required
ON/OFF Switch in ON Position
Remove plastic covers from the rear of the Control Box
ON/OFF Switch in ON Position
Remove plastic covers from the rear of the Control Box

Measurement:
Measure Voltage across terminal marked 4 and terminal marked N on the Main Switchboard terminal strip.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
