Set Appliance State:
Gas Off
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
CH Demand
Use Insulation Mat as required
ON/OFF Switch in ON Position
CH Temp Selector in Maximum position
DHW Temp Selector in Minimum position
Mode Selector Switch in Heat and Hot water position
Remove plastic covers from the rear of the Control Box
ON/OFF Switch in ON Position
CH Temp Selector in Maximum position
DHW Temp Selector in Minimum position
Mode Selector Switch in Heat and Hot water position
Remove plastic covers from the rear of the Control Box

Measurement:
If required reset boiler, turn CH / DHW control to reset position.
Allow Fan to run and ignition sequence to commence.
Measure Voltage across the two black leads on the connector marked X101 (grey connector) on the Main Switchboard.
Voltage should be approximately 200 Volts DC.
Note:
Voltage will be present during the ignition sequence. If the burner fails to ignite, Voltage will cease and the boiler will go to lockout. If lockout does occur, the reset procedure will need to be followed.
Allow Fan to run and ignition sequence to commence.
Measure Voltage across the two black leads on the connector marked X101 (grey connector) on the Main Switchboard.
Voltage should be approximately 200 Volts DC.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
