Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect black leads from the Overheat Thermostat.

Measurement:

Measure resistance across the terminals of the Overheat Thermostat.
