Set Appliance State:

DHW Temp Selector in Max position
Mode Selector Switch in Hot water position
Attach U-gauge to burner pressure test point
Set DHW Flow Rate at the tap to approximately 5 ltrs/min
Gas ON
CH Temp Selector in Min position
DHW Temp Selector in Max position
Mode Selector Switch in Hot water position
Attach U-gauge to burner pressure test point
Set DHW Flow Rate at the tap to approximately 5 ltrs/min
Gas ON

Measurement:
Allow boiler to fire, burner establish and go to full rate.
Observe U-gauge.
Does pressure reduce as DHW demand is met?
Note:
When pressure gauge is removed the pressure test point should be tightened and checked for gas tightness.
