Mode Selector Switch in Heat and Hot water position

Observation:
If required reset boiler, turn CH / DHW control to reset position.
Allow Fan to run and ignition sequence to commence.
Can sparking be seen at the Ignition Electrodes?
Note.
The boiler incorporates an anti-cycling control for CH of 5 minutes, to override this turn the On/Off control to the Off (0) position then back to On (1) position after a few seconds.
