DHW isolated and drained
Observation:
Remove the turbine from the flow sensor housing.
Inspect the turbine, it should be in good condition, unrestricted and should spin freely.
Is the turbine satisfactory?

Is the turbine satisfactory?
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
