Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove both spark leads from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance from the tip of each electrode to the end of each of the leads.
Reading should be a short circuit.
