Case Removal
Remove door by unscrewing and removing hinge pin 'A' and pull lower hinge corner of door out and down.
Remove upper panel by pulling outwards.
To remove gauge panel, remove thermostat knob, remove screw 'C', loosen screws 'B' then slide R/H panel to the left.
Notes
Ensure that the gauge panel does not stop the Green and Red control buttons from fully releasing, if the buttons do not fully release they can stop the boiler from working.
Some of the tests require the DHW switch to be in the 'Instant' position. This is the switch that is farthest to the right of the bank of three switches on the control panel. It is in the 'Instant' position when it is in the down position.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
