Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Measurement:
Disconnect the two red wires from the overheat thermostat (situated inside the control box on the R/H side) and measure the resistance across the thermostat terminals.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
