Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Drain and discharge boiler
Drain and discharge boiler
Observation:
Remove the two metal pump flow valve pipes and examine them for blockages and signs of damage.
Note: Correct connection of the pipes is important. When in correct position the pipes should cross, i.e. the pipe connected to the upper connection on the venturi housing should be connected to the lower connection on the pump flow switch.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
