Set Appliance State:

Mains Power Off
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Measurement:

Remove the two fuses located on the switch PCB and check their resistances.
Replace fuses after test.
