Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate

Location:
Tests carried out suggest that the primary heat exchanger is restricted or blocked. Before replacing, ensure all auto air vents are open, inspect boiler water ways for blockages or restrictions and repair or replace as required.
Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
