DHW OPERATION

Set Appliance State:

Turn Hot Water Tap On

WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure

Mains Power On

Observation:

Allow the boiler to ignite and run for the DHW demand
and the temperature of the hot water to stabilise.
Measure the temperature rise of the DHW at the flow rate
specified in the table for the appliance you are working on,
there should be a rise of 35°C.
Is there a 35°C temperature rise and is operation satisfactory?

Notes.
1. Each model has a flow restrictor fitted which means the maximum flow rate is less than that quoted in the table above.
2. Flow rates lower than shown in the table will result in a higher temperature rise, to investigate a poor flow rate click here.
