Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Drain boilers primary system
Remove right hand side panel

Observation:

Inspect condensing heat exchanger waterways for blockages / restrictions.
Remove the internal baffles / turbulators and inspect for blockages / restrictions.
