Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Slightly move connectors until PCB connection strips
are exposed for voltage measurement

Measurement:
Test 1:
Measure the AC voltage across pin 6 (brown) at connector X3 on the PCB to a suitable earth point.
Voltage should be approximately 240V AC.
Test 2:
Measure the AC voltage across pin 7 (blue) at
connector X3 on the PCB to a suitable earth point.
Voltage should be less than 15V AC
Measure the AC voltage across pin 6 (brown) at connector X3 on the PCB to a suitable earth point.
Voltage should be approximately 240V AC.
Test 2:
Measure the AC voltage across pin 7 (blue) at
connector X3 on the PCB to a suitable earth point.
Voltage should be less than 15V AC
