Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove electrical connector from spark generator

Measurement:

Test 1:
Measure the resistance between pins of the spark generator.
Expect a resistance of 1 MOhm or greater.
Test 2:
Test the resistance between 1x pin of spark generator and a suitable earth connection.
Expect a resistance of 1 MOhm or greater.
