Expose wiring connections at pump, use insulation mat as required

Measurement:
Measure for A/C voltage across the brown and blue wires at the pump.
Expect voltage, mains voltage.
Expect voltage, mains voltage.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
