Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate

Tests so far indicate the PCB is the cause of the blown fuse, it is advisable to replace the fuse with one of the correct size and rating to see if it blows again, if it does the PCB will need to be replaced.
Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
