Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove mains voltage connector to fan assembly

Measurement:

Test 1:
Measure the resistance between the terminals 2 and 3 at the fan assembly.
Expected resistance greater than 1 Mohm.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between the terminals 1 and 2 at the fan assembly.
Expected resistance greater than 1 Mohm.
Test 3:
Measure the resistance between the terminals 1 and 3 at the fan assembly.
Expected resistance greater than 1 Mohm.
