RESISTANCE PUMP AND HARNESS

Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Set Multimeter to Resistance

Remove connector 20 from the PCB

Measurement:

Test 1:
Measure the resistance between the brown and blue wires at
the disconnected connector.
Expected resistance greater than 180 ohms or greater.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between the blue and a suitable earth connection.
Expected resistance greater than 1 Mohm
Test 3:
Measure the resistance between brown and a suitable earth connection.
Expected resistance greater than 1 Mohm

1. PCB connector numbers can be found on the board.
2. Ensure a good connection is made or misdiagnosis will occur.
