RESISTANCE PUMP (FUSE INVESTIGATION)

Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Set Multimeter to Resistance

Remove wiring connections at pump

Measurement:

Test 1:
Measure the resistance across the brown and blue terminals.
Expected resistance 180 ohms or greater.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance across the blue and earth terminals.
Expected resistance greater than 1 Mohm.
Test 3:
Measure the resistance across the brown and earth terminals.
Expected resistance greater than 1 Mohm.

1. Ensure a good connection is made or misdiagnosis will occur.
