Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Gain access to PCB (use insulation mat as required)
Pull connector X1 back slightly to expose test points
Pull connector X1 back slightly to expose test points

Measurement:
Test 1:
Measure the AC volts at pin 1 (red) at connector X1 on the PCB to a suitable earth point.
Voltage should be approximately 240V AC.
Test 2:
Measure the AC volts at pin 2 (blue at connector X1 on the PCB to a suitable earth point.
Voltage should be less than 15V AC.
Measure the AC volts at pin 1 (red) at connector X1 on the PCB to a suitable earth point.
Voltage should be approximately 240V AC.
Test 2:
Measure the AC volts at pin 2 (blue at connector X1 on the PCB to a suitable earth point.
Voltage should be less than 15V AC.
