Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Pull connector X3 back slightly to expose test points
Gain access to PCB (use insulation mat as required)
Gain access to PCB (use insulation mat as required)

Measurement:
Test 1:
Measure the voltage between pin 6 (brown) at X3 on the PCB to a suitable earth point.
Mains voltage should be present.
Test 2:
Measure the voltage between pin 7 (blue) at X3 on the PCB to a suitable earth point.
Voltage should be less than 15V AC
Are the voltages measured as expected?
Measure the voltage between pin 6 (brown) at X3 on the PCB to a suitable earth point.
Mains voltage should be present.
Test 2:
Measure the voltage between pin 7 (blue) at X3 on the PCB to a suitable earth point.
Voltage should be less than 15V AC
Are the voltages measured as expected?
