Observation:
When power is turned on time the fan should run and approximately 5sec after the pump should also run.
If there is no request for any form of heating after 20sec the pump will stop and the
display will show 0 indicating the boiler is in standby awaiting a request for heat.
The fan will continue to run after self check is complete, for a total of 4min.
