Locate circulating pump fitted on the system externally to the boiler
Measurement:
It has been found that certain types of pump can cause problems with the PCB on the Potterton Suprima.
If the system is fitted with a Grundfos UPS2 Pump Head it must have a date code of PC 1426 or greater.
If the system is fitted with a Grundfos Alpha2 pump then it must have a suppressor lead fitted.
All other pumps are deemed acceptable.
