Set Appliance State:
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set the boiler control switch to H position
Open the control box by removing the two securing screws and lower the access door
Draw the control board forward to allow access to the PCB
Set the boiler control switch to H position
Open the control box by removing the two securing screws and lower the access door
Draw the control board forward to allow access to the PCB

Measurement:
Allow fan to run and ignition sequence to commence.
Measure the voltage across the igniter connector plug marked JP2 connections 2 and 3 (blue wires) on the PCB.
Measure the voltage across the igniter connector plug marked JP2 connections 2 and 3 (blue wires) on the PCB.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
