Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to AC Voltage Set meter to measure AC Volts
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Open the control box by removing the two securing screws and lower the access door
Draw the control board forward to allow access to the PCB
WARNING! Mains voltage is expected during test, follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Measurement:

Measure the voltage across the terminals marked L (brown wire) N (blue wire) on the main connector block.
