Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Disconnect 7 way connector (yellow and brown wires) from the PCB
Measurement:
Test 1:
Measure resistance between the pump feed and the neutral wire at the connector block.
Expected resistance greater than 80 Ohms for standard pumps and greater than 1MOhm for ErP pumps.
Test 2:
Measure resistance between the pump feed and the earth wire at the connector block.
Expected resistance above 1 MOhm.
Note:
This test is for systems where
the pump is wired into the boiler.
If the pump is not wired into the boiler
then choose "Resistance as expected".
Measure resistance between the pump feed and the neutral wire at the connector block.

Measure resistance between the pump feed and the earth wire at the connector block.
Expected resistance above 1 MOhm.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
