OPERATION AIR PRESSURE SWITCH

Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Set Multimeter to Resistance

Remove air pressure switch and disconnect leads

Measurement:

Using the British Gas - Air Pressure Switch Charge Test Kit (T00532) confirm correct operation of the air pressure switch.
Does the air pressure switch operate at the correct pressure?

Note.
1. Conversion 100 Pascals = 1mbar / 1000 Pascals = 10mbar
2. In the example shown the air pressure switch should operate at approximately 5mb.
