Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
CH Demand
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Remove connector from spark generator and make safe
Remove connector from spark generator and make safe
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
Allow fan to run.
Measure voltage across the outer brown and blue terminals on the PCB at X2 on the front of the lowered control box.
Exact voltage will vary but expect at least 100V DC.
Record the voltage measured as it will be needed on the next test.
Notes:
1. Voltage will only be present approximately 8-10 seconds after power is turned on.
2. The voltage will only be present for around 4 seconds.
3. Reset boiler and repeat test as necessary
