Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance

Measurement:

Measure the resistance between the left hand side of the blue wire at the mains terminal block to the blue wire on the 4 pin plug of the programmer.
Continuity (zero resistance) should be measured.
