Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance

Measurement:

Measure the resistance between the red wire at the selector switch and the red wire (pin 8) at connector X3 on the PCB.
Resistance should be short circuit (zero resistance).
Inspect the harness and connectors for
good overall condition.
