Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect connector 4 pin plug at the programmer

Measurement:

Measure the resistance between bottom right (L) and top right (N) pins at the programmer.
Resistance should be greater than 1M Ohm.
