Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Remove detection electrode from burner

Observation:

Check electrodes general condition.
Check the ceramics for any damage or cracks.
Also check the electrode is clean.
Is the electrode in good condition and clean?
