Observation:
The injector pipe is located at the bottom of the boiler above the fan.
Remove injector pipe and inspect the pipe and its seals.
Check if there are any blockages or damage.
Note:
When the pipe is replaced it should be checked for soundness.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
