Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
CH Demand
Gain access to incoming mains terminal strip as necessary

Measurement:
Measure the voltage between the Brown wire at the connector on the PCB and the neutral at the incoming mains terminal strip.
Expect approximately 240 VAC
Expect approximately 240 VAC
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
