Set Appliance State:
Gas Off
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
CH Demand
Hinge down the PCB housing
Attach pressure gauge to the inlet pressure test point
Gas On
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
Light all other gas appliances at full rate (where applicable).
Monitor the inlet pressure while allowing the burner to ignite and the boiler to run with a CH demand.
Does the inlet pressure remain satisfactory throughout? (18.1mb or greater)
Note:
When pressure gauge is removed pressure test point should be tightened & checked for gas tightness.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
