Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
The pump can be powered by either external controls or via the boiler

Observation:

This can be easily checked. If there is a wire at the ' OPTIONAL PUMP FEED' connection of the boiler mains connector then the pump is fed via the PCB.
If not then it will be powered via the external controls.
