Observation:
Ensure the boiler is cool and the user controls are calling for heat.
A few seconds after the pump starts does the fan run?
Note.
1. Turning the mains power off & on will reset the boiler, failure to follow the set appliance state will result in misdiagnosis.
2. Repeat test as required.
