Measurement:
With the central heating calling for heat and the boiler fired measure the temperature of the flow then return pipes and check the differential temperature. There should be approx. 11°C difference between the two (when appliance is condensing differential should be approx 20/22 °C).
Information:
To take the reading the plug in temperature clamp (T00-146) or probe (C00-061) for the performance tester or alternatively using a standalone infrared temperature gun (T00-194) can be used.
