Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Observation:

Inspect the fan assembly for signs of condensate leakage damage.
Note.
If no signs of condensate leakage damage to fan assembly, remember the flue elbow will require replacement as per Technical Advice Bulletin.
