Adjust, Service, Repair or Replace as necessary
Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate

Location:
Mains Voltage Supply is less than 180vAC and this can be tested with your Multimeter however if the voltage is low then a Qualified Electrician will be required to investigate this further.
Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
